The driver of the red Honda looks as though he may suffer from some kind of learning difficulty.
Whilst that is absolutely no reason to mock him, it's also important that the police/authorities are made aware of this incident, and reconsider whether or not he possesses the mental capacity required to drive a car on public roads.

The footage of this incident starts at 7:04 for anyone that's short on time.
What's the backstory? Clearly this person is not fit to be on the road, I would suggest you report to the police and provide the video footage as evidence.

This guy needs reporting to the Police, that manoeuvre he pulled to make the dashcam driver swerve to the left. An old couple were on the pavement, if he had not controlled the sudden left turn he had to make that old couple would probably be dead now, shocking!!

I'll judge this without labeling all Audi drivers. Why? Because judging them this way is no different to saying all cyclists are idiots and don't pay "road" tax. It's just stupid, and unfair. Millions of Audi's are sold - if all Audi drivers were idiots then there would be millions of video's. There aren't.
So can we just focus on the events rather than supposition?

Two questions:
1) Has anyone reported this to the police as this driver should not be on the roads?
2) Are the 60 thumbs up from the driver? If so, explain yourself.
