Parks over residents dropped kerb's obstructing access and then double parks on the same road so no emergency vehicle's can pass!

Doesn’t know how to park. I parked on a street behind a single yellow line, not blocking a driveway. This idiot decides to park in front of me on top of the yellow line giving me 1mm space
