Dangerous driver - drifting all over white lines that an oncoming vehicle from other direction had to brake and swerve to avoid. Then as I am in left hand lane at roundabout to go straight on, they are in right hand lane and swerve last minute into my lane to also go straight on

I was going to submit this to the police but have other things to do. Why would you even think it was acceptable to park on zig zags?
