Not aiming to be pedantic, but that dash-cam car seemed way too close to the cyclist at the start; there wasn't enough space to over-take safely and there were also narrowings ahead. Really not a good idea to be over-taking..better to stay back and "give cyclists room". If the cyclist had slipped or tumbled they'd stand a good chance of being over the bonnet or under wheels.
