Another incompetent prick in a merc...
Changing lane without checking his blind spot, cutting traffic off. Then sitting in the wrong lane for a mile and a half (ignoring plenty of road signs) before suddenly jumping back into the other lane to avoid going in the wrong direction.
Piss poor awareness, planning, lane discipline & indication.

Was doing under 40 in a 60 on a main road. Went to overtake, with plenty of time before an oncoming car would become a hazard, as I go to pass, they speed up to keep me from passing, and the oncoming car was closing in, obviously I pulled out of it and stuck behind them until an opportunity came up later on the road. They also kept on brake checking. (No photos as was driving).
