Can't work out if the end of the number plate is a poor attempt at spelling 'Jake' or 'Joke' but based on the fact this moron was driving around with his fog lights on with zero fog in sight, I am assuming the latter.

Doesn't understand how roundabouts work.
If you're in the RIGHT lane, do not cut across 2 lanes to turn left ESPECIALLY WHILE INDICATING RIGHT.
You caused myself and another car to brake to avoid you hitting us!
Just get in the correct lane to begin with, there are arrows on the road to prompt you dear.
