This dozy woman was parked across a huge section of narrow pavement, on white zig-zags of a zebra crossing, making it very difficult for pedestrians to get past and reducing visibility at the crossing.

I was parked down my village outside of a friends house and saw this driver on the side of the road with a speed camera in her hand, shouting at people if they were speeding! All occupants (driver, adult passenger and children) of this blue Mazda walked into the space between a wall and the boot of my car as I was reversing to park. I was already reversing and about two feet from the wall as they squeezed into the space making me stop to avoid hitting them.
It was like someone walking out in front of a car forcing the driver to stop, but the other way. Do they feel they have power by being the weakest link as they are weaker than a car when it comes to a collision?
