Very dangerous driver that drives too fast, almost hit a disabled gentleman, she then got out of the car and proceeded to shout at him even though she was the one in the wrong.

Almost ran over my wife and I when we was walking through town. The driver also had loads of friends in the car shouting “you left your key in the door” I have reported to the council and very disgruntled about this. Hope justice will be served 😡😡
