For me it's about driving standards and as there is no evidence to support any bad driving (or good) then I fail to see why this has been posted and people are voting?
I have just witnessed this vehicle driving at extreme speed through the village high street and seemingly aiming for an old aged pensioner that was on the zebra crossing but then swerving to avoid at the last moment.
