If this was a learner it appears they are receiving very poor instruction or none at all, whoever is driving appears to be paying no attention to the multiple road signs and road markings and only notices then panics at last minute, I know this junction & as camera car has already said if this was at peak times this would have been nasty accident, hopefully someone will show this to BSM as not a good advert for their company.

1. Yes I did see the Benz truck in India, and in India, pillion riders do not wear helmets.
2. For the He/She who wrote the second comment, I took this picture using my mobile phone and uploaded it almost instantaneously. Why in the world would I even think of photoshopping it. I mean, what will i get by proving my photshop skills.
3. For the He/She who wrote the 3 comment, I saw a Brit driving the bus. I even waved out to him and even gave him a Thumbs-Up. I did get a very cordial response as well.

the driver should be arrested and sentenced to life. after the hit and run, he should have no chance to step free in the world again!

I'm not sure it's a wise move threatening to damage somebody's car in retaliation for poor parking.
You'd be awfully busy if that's the approach you took to every badly parked vehicle.
