I get this a lot on two wheels.. the driver behind simply not reading the road properly and thinking cyclists should yield. I had one stupid arrogant cow blast the horn whilst I was negotiating a parked car (how dare I stay out the door zone), she then tried to block the road as I approached a roundabout. They need their license removing until such a time they can share the road and drive safely.
