The cyclist had looked and indicated before the images, as did the lady behind. (Lead biker had also used the "move out" gesture behind his back).
The car driver not only gave no room, he was also going way above the speed limit.

Not in proper control either. Turning left but goes all the way into the right lane. Maybe that was deliberate; it's definitely incompetent.

This is shockingly bad driving. Who in their right mind stops in the outside lane of a motorway when pulled over by police?
