followed two different R drivers this week both had forgot there was indicators on the car and when i seen the drivers they were either texting or the phone how are these people passing their driving tests!
Seen him driving along the hard shoulder. 1st time I assumed it was an emergency. Second time I saw him 20 minutes down the road parked up eating some food
