I know the number plate is not illegal. I din't actually claim that it was, although I did inadvertently add this pic to the "Bad Number Plates" group - I have now removed it.
However, as stated in the photo title, his tailgating of the car in front would likely be regarded by the police & courts as dangerous driving, or at the very least "driving without due care and consideration".
And his brake lights are also so darkly tinted that, were it not for the high level brake light, you would be unable to tell that this vehicle was actually braking. This is also an offence.
