this guy driving this car has no respect for the rules and regulations according to parking laws! he is using this car for working Thamesmead when the car is registered to luton? questionable?? he is rude and verbally aggressive! not good for someone who is at work in this car. the company he works for is aware of this situation. so should members of the public!!
