Was in Tesco waiting to park and she kept hinting she tried to overtake failing once then she got in the other lane overtaked brakes hard and drove off speeding she nearly hit the people crossing

Elderly grey-haired lady doesn’t give way on side lanes in Morrison's car park where double broken lines (Give Way) are clearly visible but pulls out in front of other vehicle who has right of way as if it was her right of way. Ones like her shouldn't be driving.
