Got into a road altercation where he proceeded to get out of his car and scream about his grandad, god knows what kind of drugs etc he’s under the influence but he’s a danger to himself and other road users, I don’t even know his grandad

hit me in Banbury (6/11/2019) after driving way too fast. Couldnt wait to get away, and didnt want insurance involved. Turns out his car isnt mot'd or taxed and therefore uninsured. Suspect he doesnt have a license or is banned as well.
