Elderly grey-haired lady doesn’t give way on side lanes in Morrison's car park where double broken lines (Give Way) are clearly visible but pulls out in front of other vehicle who has right of way as if it was her right of way. Ones like her shouldn't be driving.
hit me in Banbury (6/11/2019) after driving way too fast. Couldnt wait to get away, and didnt want insurance involved. Turns out his car isnt mot'd or taxed and therefore uninsured. Suspect he doesnt have a license or is banned as well.
