Constant braking on A9 whenever a car approaches in oncoming carriageway, when approaching slight bend, or just randomly.
Speed varies from 60 to 40 for no good reason.

Threw a bottle out window across traffic. When confronted sped away.

This driver tailgated me on the way out of Tenterden and nearly rolled her car on a sharp corner. When asked to slow down she reported me to the police. Beware- she is very very reckless. Overtook into oncoming cars
