Not able to drive at a constant speed. I would overtake them at 70 mph and move over, for them only to overtake at approximately 90 mph, put in front of me and slow down. At one point, I had overtaken them again and they came up behind me fast flashing their lights. And as I passed the car I was overtaking, I moved back into the middle lane at the same time they try to undertake me. After this, they just seem to slow down And I didn’t see them again

This driver does not use indicators. I followed the vehicle off the motorway, through Bredbury - not once did they use their indicate.
Poor driving.
