Red Van caught fly tipping in Chipping Norton 25th January 2020 at about 13:00.Fly tipper first claimned he didn't speak English, then claim he was hard of hearing. Spoke with an Eastern European accent.His mate was sat at the wheel. Once challenged, the lovely nice fly tipping gentleman hastily jumped in to the van and quickly drove off having been caught red handed.

Recently I have been seeing this driver racing up and down streets. At this time of the COVID-19 Pandemic he/she should not be on the road never mind dangerous driving. I saw this driver run a red light and over take 3 vehicles by entering the wrong side of the road and then narrowly misses an oncoming vehicle on the wrong side of the road.
