Responded to me not letting him into my lane on the m62 by overtaking me and slamming on the brakes forcing me to do an emergency stop, then proceeded to pull in front of me for the next few minutes and brake repeatedly until my passenger took out their phone to record this stupid behaviour.

If the motorway is clear to your right why drive in the 1st lane and stop me entering the motorway, I had to slam on to enter safely when you could have easily moved into the 2nd lane.
