This muppet in a Merecedes nearly caused 2 accidents on the A66. First time - decided to accelerate just before a dual carriageway merged to a single to block a car in the outside lans from passing (who was previously travelling faster)
Second time was stopping in the middle of Kirkby Thore on the main A66 to let a vehicle out from a side road, not the best with a busy flow of traffic, caused chaos

Moron who parks 15ft down a side road off a Main Road . Drivers turning into this road off the Main Road are immediately confronted by this idiot, who parks up in a morning and disappears for the day.
