Very dangerous driver that drives too fast, almost hit a disabled gentleman, she then got out of the car and proceeded to shout at him even though she was the one in the wrong.

In Oxford ring road 1 pm 21/09/22 paper sign saying NHS in window. Driving dangerously close behind as I slow for red lights then dangerously overtakes and cuts up. Not in keeping with decency let alone NHS.
