20/1/18 about 3:15pm.
Came out of a side road onto Leeds road in Bradford, without giving way to us. We had to emergency stop. Despite doing this (and beeping the horn) the driver did not once look in our direction!

Hogs right lane, speeds up to 80 then slows to 60

At junction they are gabbing so intently on their phone totally aware of everything around them
