Absolute idiot - stops for no reason with traffic behind him, then sits there smoking a cigarette out the window, then starts driving again. Then drives at 5mph, then speeds up to 30MPH then stops suddenly and taps his cigarette out the window again. Seemed stoned/drunk as was continually slowing down and swerving for invisible obstructions!
