Illegal plate.
Clearly a VW Polo. Checked the reg as I was curious what engine it was. Ran the plate and it shows up as a Triumph Street Triple Rs motorcycle.
For anyone checking this and saying it could be WHA, the image is a bit blurred but I saw what the plate said as it passed me. Go ahead and run it as WHA and see what it returns - that isn't a VW Polo either.

Woman speeds doing way over the speed limit down a country lane, comes to a bend taking up the whole road coming into a 30,i stick my fingers up as she took up a lot of room, she slams her brakes on i see her, i stop, she attempts to reverse around rhe bend cutting up traffic 3 times, reverses the car up a mounted grass bit at the side probably damaging daddys Range Rover, tells me to come over, laughs at me and calls me stupid for nothing, typical Cheshire housewife
