Driver doesn't seem to know how to drive -
1) unable to use the traffic lights properly,
2) does not indicate consistently

Absolute arsehole male driver. Blocked the road outside Poundbury Pharmacy in Dorchester and just sat there like a prick. Then when a space becomes free, it looks like he's hit or nearly hit the side of another car whilst parking. Idiot.
