Knocked me off my bike by turning left without looking, then was aggressive and claiming it was my fault, with no concern for my wellbeing or the damage to my bike. Passers by intervened and they drove off.

Driver is blissfully unaware of his surroundings. Just pulls out on you.. I had to brake so hard, shook me up a bit. He then just looks blankly at you, and doesn't even acknowledge the fact that he just nearly hit you. Time to give up your license I think.
