Barges in from side/feeder road with no intention of stopping despite the junction being clearly marked. This is a Motorway Maintenance vehicle, I've noticed that the standard of driving of MM vehicles is generally poor these days.

There was literally no reason for you to do this.
You picked the wrong bloke to brake check and when you realised who you just annoyed, you sunk into your seat like a little girl. I followed you up the motorway to J11A, for a chat. You deliberately avoided me, and you fled, making sure that I couldn't follow you. But don't worry, because I do that route every weekday. Man in a van. Drove up behind me at speed, then remained about 6 inches from my rear bumper until he managed to overtake. Then did exactly the same to the car in front. Idiot!!
