This driver is a worker from West Newton fracking site, who almost drove into me, I was stood in the road taking a photo of Nick on the wagon. Looked behind me and saw this car in the distance, moving slowly. Next moment it was right behind me as I heard the bracks screech. I turned around and he was laughing, so I took a photo. He started to move forward as I lowered the camera and decided to do a slow walk, as his stupidity annoyed me. Then the fucker drove into me, hitting my camera, witnessed by a few. The police may even have seen it
Anyhow, I reported it to the officer in charge he was present at this time and said to the officer the needed pulling up and warning for dangerous driving. I witnessed that the police did indeed stop him and have a conversation, but that was further up the road away from me.
This driver acted recklessly and it was his intent to make me jump, however, if he misjudged it he could have seriously injured me. Tyer marks were left on the road, I went back to photograph them and pointed them out to the police officer in charge. It is really important that the police warn all the drivers on sight, that we are peaceful lawful protesters and putting our lives in danger is not acceptable.

Inconsiderate, unsafe driver. Coming off a roundabout 2 lanes into 1. Forced way from behind to beside and while we beeped to acknowledge forced way in and cause us to emergency break. Stopped gentleman with partner in car and he ignored, then was abrasive and didn't even acknowledge he could have caused an accident for my child myself and partner.
