Saw this man on the M3/M27 heading towards Southampton earlier. Brake checking a number of vehicles then cut in front of a lorry at point blank then brake checked it too!
I overtook him to get out of his way and my wife noticed he was texting. Absolutely no awareness of what was happening around him
