Saw this man on the M3/M27 heading towards Southampton earlier. Brake checking a number of vehicles then cut in front of a lorry at point blank then brake checked it too!
I overtook him to get out of his way and my wife noticed he was texting. Absolutely no awareness of what was happening around him

One of two articulated lorries racing on the A380 at 1.30am on 13th July. Flashing his lights at other motorists who got in the way of the race. Police aware.
