Not a great pic as was in a rush but car behind left an unnecessary huge gap consequently blocking exit and view from side road with front of their vehicle. Also rear end sticking out at an angle in the road rather than parallel to curb - kinda just left it where they stopped I guess!

Stopped outside a house and emptied a jerry can into the gutter, leaving a big oil stain.

This driver was speeding through the city centre weaving between lanes up and along Great John Street, Dalton Square and Thurman Street disappearing into the distance but meets slower traffic by The Boot & Shoe.
Eventually he turns into Collingham Park, turned around and parked his car on the right hand side (left hand facing A6) like many do. Could he be one of the local workmen involved on one of the nearby building sites who have no regards for The Highway Code? Watch out for this car -it could regularly be parked here.
