The DVLA website says that this vehicle has not had any tax since the 31st December 2014. So this vehicle has been driving illegally for 4 months. The tax disc (irrelevant) said 31st Dec 2014, which is when it last expired. I've seen this vehicle driving on the road nearly every day. Whether this is a DVLA bug or the vehicle genuinely has no tax, something is wrong. The vehicle is not SORN and has an MOT. The driver was a female and had 2 kids in the car, along with some horrible music playing.

This driver was infront of me today. They decided to stop in the middle of the road to let their kids out (to go to school). I honk at the driver and by that time 3 boys exit the vehicle. One of them was sat behind the driver, and the others were in the passanger seat and the other one was in the seat behind him. Anyways, the boy sat behind the driver decided to give me the middle finger as if I'm in the wrong for beeping? Maybe if your parent/guardian didn't stop in the middle of the road to let you out I wouldn't beep at them.

You were behind me today. I had dogs and a newborn baby in the car with me. I did hand signals several times to ask you to back off and you didn’t. You were so close to me that my rear dash cam couldn’t even see your number plate. It was the front camera that picked it up when I pulled over to let you past.

Fantastic driver! If we have less scooters on the road, they'll be safer and the death rate will go down.
