Stupid driver nearly ploughed into the back of a stranded taxi on the M62 at BIrstall despite two lanes being closed and all the other traffic correctly observing the lane closure. Screeched to a halt so close to the taxi he couldn't pull the lorry out without difficulty.

Disgusting driving, swerving in and out of lanes on the m1 narrowly avoiding collision. Persistently slowing then undertaking at speed. Whitnessed to do this 3 times before turning off near doddington services. Will report to police.
