Absolute idiot smashing is horn in a 30 whilst passing a horsebox doing 30mph. Clear attempt at trying to scare the livestock on board due to his impatience. Disgusting behaviour.
nearly caused me to crash! as i overtook and got half way past his car, he pulled out to overtake also. i beeped the horn and carrier on but he took no notice until last second, an inch away from my rear quarter panel! then had the cheek to flash ME when i pulled back in infront. should not be on the road! absolute liability on the road when he clearly doesn't use his mirrors or check over his shoulder
Saw him twice using his mobile whilst driving on the A3 near Petersfield in rushhour at 5.30pm approx on 15th Aug 2017. His erratic lane control drew attention to himself. Shocking - deserves to have his licence removed.
