This van has been prowling around Old Moulsham, Chelmsford today. Slows down when passing skips. There is some suggestion on the Crimewatch/Community Colchester facebook page that the drivers of this van are up to no good.

This car also hit my car when I was parked outside some shops. He got out his car and checked his car then drove off leaving my bumper all scratched.

Thought it funny to overtake me on the inside on a roundabout. Would have thought that living in MK gave him enough opportunity to negotiate roundabouts correctly. Slouched in his seat like some plastic gangster.
