Black Mercedes van - dangerous driver. Possibly drunk. Reported to Police to investigate. Driving very erratically along country lane in Warwickshire, regularly hitting gutter, hard braking. Needs to be off the road.
Terrible driving, more hesitant than a learner
Stopped abruptly and when I used my horn to show my displeasure gestured very rudely from the drivers window. Possibly got his licence on a famous auction site.
Not using indecstors on M6 towards The North
