Failed to think ahead on approach to a roundabout so spiked their brakes in front of traffic then jumped lanes in front of another line of traffic! In the wet no less. Dangerous driving.

This driver decided he didn't want to wait at a junction and drove down the opposite lane and cut right in front of a bus and car. Total disrespect for everyone in the queue
Furthermore he and his friends laughed. Yes I am sure it would be very funny if you'd have caused serious injury to someone. Reporting to the police also.
