I saw the obviously stupid woman driving this white Audi Q5 along Western Esplanade at Southend on Sea, Essex yesterday at 14:40 Hrs whilst she was using her mobile phone, texting or messaging someone, head bowed and not concentrating on her driving (She was doing this with lots of people walking by. Men, women and children enjoying a walk in the warm sunshine while this moron is oblivious that people are watching her playing with her phone whilst driving her car). *She wasn't the only one doing this, like another driver I saw a couple of minutes later.
It's a shame a Police Officer wasn't there to pull them over and give them a ticket!
Not only is she putting other road users and pedestrians at risk of harm, doesn't she realise it is illegal to do this and she risks getting 6 points on her licence and the doubling of her insurance premium the next time around?!
