Please refrain from disrespecting and obstructing pedestrains with your horrendous parking.
This taxi driver is so massively lazy that they decided to block pavement access for pedestrains, dump their their car, and not even consider bothering to either park in the drive, or the other side of the road where they were out the way.
I believe this is not the first time this driver has done this.

Driver looking down too much and not paying attention to the road. Got very close to my rear on numerous occasions. Could see him looking down.
Then later at the traffic lights in Cabus while he was immediately behind me at red lights I could see him looking down most of the time and I had already gone about five seconds before he started.
He caught me up again and got too close while paying more attention to whatever he was playing with in his hands.

Imagine how happy I was to look in my mirror to see this nackered old Seat Leon chav cart up my backside weaving around trying to undertake, giving it all the usual gimp moves.
I'm surprised you can even see though that illegally tinted windscreen but at least it explains why you couldn't even keep it in a straight line. Mongs will be mongs I guess.
