Please refrain from disrespecting and obstructing pedestrains with your horrendous parking.
This taxi driver is so massively lazy that they decided to block pavement access for pedestrains, dump their their car, and not even consider bothering to either park in the drive, or the other side of the road where they were out the way.
I believe this is not the first time this driver has done this.

Driver looking down too much and not paying attention to the road. Got very close to my rear on numerous occasions. Could see him looking down.
Then later at the traffic lights in Cabus while he was immediately behind me at red lights I could see him looking down most of the time and I had already gone about five seconds before he started.
He caught me up again and got too close while paying more attention to whatever he was playing with in his hands.

This halfwit was sitting over the white line at a set of traffic lights in Perth. He kept inching forwards until he was over the pedestrian crossing area and almost in the yellow box markings.
Once the lights changed to green, he accelerated along the 20mph street, I only caught up with him at the next set of lights.
His behaviour here was the same as at the last lights. Sitting over the white line; inching forward towards the box junction; straddling the pedestrian crossing.
At the third set of lights he was doing the exact same again! I turned off at a junction immediately next to the lights, and since I hadn’t stopped I couldn’t get a photo.
