Volvo approaching at God knows what speed, then overtakes & continues to overtake over a blind hill on the wrong side of the road coming close to oncoming cars (already been a head-on collision here when someone else did something similar). Then uses the wrong lane for the roundabout & cuts in front of another car moving into the right-hand lane. Volvo continues to speed off on the next stretch. IDIOT!

This inconsiderate parent left his car on zig-zag lines outside Oxgangs Primary in Edinburgh. When I pointed it out saying it obstructs visibility of the road and endangers pupils, he told me I was not a traffic warden and sped off, tyres spinning. All this while children were still leaving school and trying to cross the road. Incidentally, according to DVLA, the car is untaxed.
