Old boy in C series Merc estate. Oblivious to other road users, pulled out on a roundabout without looking and proceeded to pull away at 20mph in a 40 zone.
Then at another roundabout, just pulled out again causing a white van to brake heavily to avoid him.
Should not be driving

Moron in his little Renault van was in the fast lane overtaking my family as we were in the middle lane and he cuts in front of us and a car in the slow lane because he thought it was faster then it wasn't so he cuts back out in front of us and stayed in the middle lane going 60mph so we overtook him and he overtook us back and went at 60 again, what a d*ck!!

Total muppet who doesn't have any concept of lane markings. Sat in box junction at Edinburgh Corstorphine tesco next to police station, straddling both lanes, then pulled out in front of me. Then at Broomhouse Road roundabout used 'right turn only' lane to go straight ahead.
