I seen this car driving at a speed of excess +50mph in an 20 limit school area. In further investigation to this incident I discovered this particular vehicle had been hanging around a school for a couple of days once the occupants were confronted they ran away.
To my knowledge this unbalanced individual has been caught and dealt with.

When confronted he says 'ok' and carries on like nothing happened.
If the kid cyclists had started to cross they would get mowed down by this driver.
