05:42 Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that unless someone physically steps onto the crossing, there is no offense committed by not stopping. Same if you're approaching in the opposite direction, even if the oncoming traffic has stopped.
simple squeeze past if it gets damaged the driver has no leg to stand on as its a footpath not a parking space !!!!
