Car (Red Astra) was involved in a collision yesterday and the driver and passengers fled the scene. There was open alcohol in the vehicle. Also appears to be a Motability vehicle but the driver had no issue sprinting away up the road.

But yes when the scum are caught by vigilantly bikers who have suffered for too long the scum should all have "I'm a scumbag bike thief" tattoo on their forehead and then publicly named and shamed (including the family/address)
No justice has failed to stem the criminal lifestyle and even if they are taken through the courts it'll be a slap on the wrist or a few weeks at the local holiday inn - will that make them think again? - no it'll teach them more criminal activity
