The simple fact is that the driver of the Range Rover behaved appallingly. An eight year old girl has as much right to use the road as anyone else, and to be given the leeway needed for safe passing. But, I agree, a helmet would have been a good idea. Parent must have had one to carry the head-cam.

Very generous driver giving others a lot of space and flexibility, well educated and can handle his car extremely well
