I don't see a major problem - If the car park was full, then yes, I agree; very selfish. A very empty car park like this lends itself to owners of wide expensive cars doing the sensible thing. This driver has not inconvenienced anyone.
However, due to occupants of other cars who fling their doors open without care or caution, I think he has done a sensible thing.
This problem is made worse because of too narrow car parking spaces for the larger vehicles that are becoming popular.
The solution is, wider car parking spaces (Costco is awesome).

eh! yes the driver beeped, but so what, the cyclist caused the road rage by following and ranting at the driver, the car had no issues with the other biker, so suggest this guy was all over the road before the vis starts, stupid biker caused his own problem

Good result in the end but perhaps should have been charged with assault. He knew the cyclist was there, twice tried to have him off, succeeding on the second attempt, stopping for no reason with a clear road in front of him, boxing the cyclist in and using the door mirror to 'hook' him off.
Definitely intentional, more than just careless driving, although that is easier to prove at court.
Hope he gets stuffed by his insurance company.

In behalf of all poles I can prove that he wasn't a polish man, he is just GYPSY MAN from Poland. Many of them have emigrated to the UK from Poland as we hate them in Poland too.
If you are polish or have polish friends - ask about his accent - it wasn't "pure" polish accent - it is "polish gypsy" accent.
