Sorry, no, if you felt that threatened or in danger why didn't your passenger call the Police at the time? Or why didn't you turn off, see if they continued on the same path, then carried on your journey after they had gone? I didn't say you deserved it, but you did yourself no favours here by forcing your way through like that by driving on the reservation. That was "red mist" on your part, anyone who genuinely felt threatened or vulnerable would have let the van go & been glad to see it go. Neither you nor your passenger sounded threatened in the video.
