Taxi driver, doesn't pay attention to the road. Cut me up at Dover's Corner roundabout. He took the left turn only lane, cut across the middle lane and then the right turn lane cutting me up, to go straight over. I beeped, he gave me abuse. All on camera too.

LA16 VKH (Black Mercedes) cut in with little clearance at traffic lights outside Downsend school in Ashtead heading towards Ashtead high street. Braked and swung off into Parker's Hill without indicating.
